A contractual penalty of EUR 750.00 net will be imposed if the tent is dismantled/removed before this time.

C. ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS

The decision on admission shall be made at the dutiful discretion of Wellfairs GmbH, taking into account the space capacities available for the event, as well as the purpose and structure of the event. In particular, Wellfairs GmbH shall be entitled to specify the composition of exhibitors according to sectors and product groups and their weighting. The composition of exhibitors according to country of origin, company size and market significance, as well as other objective characteristics, constitute further selection criteria. Only white umbrellas and tents are permitted in the exhibition area.

However, Wellfairs GmbH is in no way bound by the handling at previous events.

D. PRICES AND PAYMENT

The net stand rental fees can be found on the registration form. Participation with own stand construction or other own sales equipment is only possible to a limited extent and must be agreed with the organizer. Prices are net prices and are subject to VAT. Invoicing is based on the space actually allocated. After registration, 30% of the total amount is due. Your registration is only valid after receipt of your payment. The remaining 70% of the total invoice must be paid four weeks before the event. The tents can only be occupied after all invoices have been paid.

E. CANCELLATION

The organizer must be notified in writing if you wish to cancel your registration as an exhibitor. The deposit of 30% of the total amount cannot be refunded. The following rules apply to the remaining 70%: Cancellation up to 60 days before the start of the event: 100% credit. Cancellation up to 30 days before the start of the event: 50% credit. Cancellation up to 29 days before the start of the event: no credit.

F. LIST OF EXHIBITORS

Exhibitors will be published in a list of exhibitors for the event, both online and on paper. The data to be entered can be adjusted via the online portal. The basic entry is free of charge.

G. SUBEXHIBITORS

Sub-exhibitors are companies other than the exhibitor that offer products/services on the exhibitor’s stand. Sub-exhibitors are generally permitted by arrangement and are subject to a fee. The organizer must be informed about the sub-exhibitor and its products in writing on the application form. The admission of a sub-exhibitor follows the rules from C.

H. LIABILITY AND INSURANCE

The organizer is not liable for damage to stand equipment, stand construction, tents, products or other items belonging to or borrowed by the exhibitor or his representative. The exhibitor is liable for damage to items provided for hire (pagoda tent, installation material, etc.). Theft of the above-mentioned items is also not insured by the organizer.

The site is guarded by a professional security service during the following times:

J. ADVERTISING, SALES AND OBLIGATION TO ATTEND

The distribution of brochures and other advertising material is only permitted within the exhibitor’s own stand. The distribution of flyers by mobile promoters on the grounds is subject to a charge and only possible after consultation with the organizer. Direct sales are permitted. Exhibitors are obliged to keep the stand open for visitors during the entire opening hours.

K. HANDING OVER OF TENTS / WASTE DISPOSAL

The tents and open spaces are to be handed over as found when leaving. This means, in particular, that all garbage from the tents must be disposed of in the garbage cans provided. In the event of improper handover, we will have to clean the areas at your expense or have them cleared of garbage.

This also applies to larger soiling that cannot be removed without resistance (grease and oil stains). We strongly recommend that you work with a carpet pad (carpet under the grill) in advance.

L. MUSIC PERFORMANCES

Music performances at your own stand are generally not permitted. However, the organizer reserves the right to decide in individual cases.

M.  LAND ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION LAW

In the interest of all exhibitors and visitors involved, the organizer draws attention to the law on protection against air pollution, noise and similar environmental impacts.

N. AUTHORIZATIONS

The exhibitor shall be responsible for ensuring that the relevant regulations for his and the exhibitor’s activities are observed.

O. Law For the Protection Of Minors

In the interest of all exhibitors and visitors involved, the organizer draws attention to the law for the protection of young people in public §9.

P. FEDERAL DATA PROTECTION ACT

The personal data of our business partners are stored and processed in accordance with §§28 and 29 BDSG within the scope of the purpose of the contractual relationship.

Q. SUSTAINABILITY

As an exhibitor, you undertake to use only reusable solutions for tastings, food and drinks for direct consumption. We recommend that you do not use any packaging at all and only use glass and tableware.

R. HACCP guidelines

As an exhibitor, you undertake to comply with the HACCP guidelines.
